Listing launch services

Listing Client Care and Paperwork Services - $100

  • Review Listing Agreement and applicable Disclosures for completion and accuracy
  • Review tax record for confirmation details that may apply
  • Create Transaction in Transaction Management System
  • Create a Google Drive Folder, if applicable
  • Email Intro/Important Listing Documents list and tips to the Seller
  • Follow up with Sellers on missing documents and answer questions (via email) about those documents.
  • Calendar Staging, Photo, LIVE, Open House, Listing Agreement Expiration dates, when available
  • Email Seller with tips to prepare for photo and LIVE date
  • Collect any missing documents or disclosures: SDN, LBP, IBS, WIre Fraud, Survey/T47, NTPs, etc
  • If requested, order a Sellers Home Warranty
  • Confirm if ECAD is needed and if it is send the Seller an email with instructions on how to schedule it
  • Obtain Compliance required documents and corrections and provide Agent with a Compliance Package - Service does NOT include submitting into the Agent's Brokerage System (see additional services)
  • Draft and send any Listing Agreement Amendments needed
  • Maintain an orderly online file for Agent’s ease of reference


- Early Termination Fees - Once Order is Placed and Listing Coordinator has set up the file - $75

MLS Entry Services - $175

  • Order Photos per Agent’s Request
  • Order Sign and Lockbox Delivery per Agent’s Request
  • Collect Property Profile Sheet from Agent or Seller (if applicable)
  • Complete MLS data in an exceptional manner
  • Add descriptions / marketing language to the photos
  • Email Listing to Seller for review and approval
  • Applicable Listing documents, offer instructions, virtual tour links added to MLS
  • Enhance virtual tour with the home’s details
  • Email Marketing Report to Client - “Your Listing is Active!” to showcase the marketing efforts and links to the Active Listing
  • Link Listing to Supra Website
  • Enter initial Open House(s) in MLS - Agent to manage future Open House entries
  • Set Up Showing and Feedback Service using Agent’s Account/Preference  
  • Update price changes and any additional updates/changes as needed

- Create and Coordinate Flyers, Brochures, E-flyers - $50

- Rush Fee - Launch Date Less than 48 Hours from Photos Received - $50

- Same Day Rush Fee - Launch on Same Day of Photos Received - $75

- Weekend Assistance Request - $75 per occurrence
