What we need from you, the agent

LISTING LAUNCH

Please notify Moonchild Move ASAP once the listing is taken and agent recognizes the need for assistance.

- 48 business hours notice from Agent

- Your Listing Order Form

- Listing Agreement - A full listing agreement is needed to start an listing service order

TRANSACTION COORDINATION

- Copy of Fully-Executed Contract signed by both parties

- If Buyer/Seller information is not yet in Section 21 of the contract, please provide this information with the executed contract

- Lender Info, if applicable

- All Addendums listed in Section 22 of the Contract

- Agent to include property address in subject line of each e-mail message

- Agent to notify Moonchild Move upon execution of contract if there is an outside referral or reduced commission to ensure it is reflected on CDA/DA

COMPLIANCE / PAPERWORK ONLY PACKAGES

- Does not include communication with professional parties or Buyer / Seller. Moonchild Move

will be requesting documentation for compliance purpose directly from the agent

- Agent should share all documentation on property including fully receipted contract,

if already received by title

- Buyer / Seller information

- Lender / Title Company Info

- Agent to notify Moonchild Move upon execution of contract if there is an outside referral or reduced commission to ensure it is reflected on CDA/DA
